Delivery Time and Shipping Fees

The delivery time is described as processing time and transit time:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

We pack and ship your order within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut-off time:

Order before 14:00 and your order can be shipped the same day.
The delivery time is estimated based on when the order is placed (before or after the cut-off time) and your specified handling and shipping time.

Want to keep an eye on your delivery? With our tracking service, you can easily follow your package and receive an estimated delivery time directly to your email.


Important Information About Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or if you live in remote areas, such as the countryside or islands. In the event of unexpected delays, such as due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you of new estimated delivery times.


Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us due to not being collected within the specified time, we reserve the right to deduct 150 SEK from the refund as an administrative fee for handling return shipping and reprocessing of the order. This applies even if the original shipping was free. The customer is responsible for collecting their package within the time specified by the shipping carrier.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping and operate in multiple countries.

Shipping Insurance

To provide our customers with a secure shopping experience, we offer shipping insurance on all deliveries. Most shipments within Sweden are handled via Postnord and Bring; for other countries, different carriers apply.
The insurance covers damage, loss, and theft of goods up to a value of 5,000 SEK.

Important to know:

  • Returns are not covered by the insurance.

  • In the event of damage or loss, photo evidence is required showing the product still inside the package or proof of tracking.

We handle all insurance claims. Please contact our customer service if something has happened.

Subscription Terms

We offers a subscription service for selected cleaning products, with deliveries scheduled on a monthly basis. Customers who choose to subscribe receive a 20% discount on each delivery.

The subscription begins with a regular purchase, which also registers the customer for recurring deliveries. The subscription includes a minimum of two billing cycles, meaning the customer agrees to receive at least one additional delivery following the initial purchase. The subscription may be cancelled at any time after the second delivery by contacting our customer service.

The subscription renews automatically every month, with payment processed at the start of each billing cycle. Customers will be notified via email well in advance of any upcoming charges.
